QTF4-24 is a semi-automatic hollow brick machine, with the following advantage:
1. Multifunction, high adaptability
This machine only suitable for making concrete block, but also suitable for fly ash, slag, and other materials. Further more, it can produce various specifications of building bricks, like hollow bricks, solid bricks and pavers etc, just by replacing molds.
2. High quality material
QTF4-24 structure is made of high performance steel Q345. Thus it has high toughness and strength, wear and tear resistance.
3. Advanced mold
In the process of block molds production, precise line cutting technology and carburizing heat treatment are adopted to prolong its service life. The mold is customizable, and we will provide one free mold with the machine.
4. High quality electric components
Electric parts are famous brands, like original Mitsubishi PLC control system.
